I order from overseas to a UK address and always find the quality of service excellent. On time with beautiful gifts. Would highly recommend.
Dreadful customer service and packaging and delivery I ordered Fathers Day doughnuts at a cost of almost 20They arrived bashed , upside down and one was broken The toppings had marked the box and they were in a dreadful stateI spent a good deal of time trying to sort out the mess in a box before giving them to the recipient I emailed customer services to be told that I should have taken photos!! Im sorry I didnt realise that in my panic to sort the gift before giving it over I should say hang I need to photo these!! And they never offered a refund Im disgusted Dreadful customer service Poor quality Very disappointed Spend your money elsewhere NOT on this shambles
Nominated the day of delivery and paid the postage fee. Bradford Bakers then emailed to say they couldn't arrange delivery for that day but could arrange to deliver the next day by 12am. Grudgingly accepted. Email notification then came through that it had been booked for anytime on that day and I had to pay another 10 postage fee to DHL directly. To add insult to injury, after contacting customer service which seems to be an answering machine only, a text was sent by Bradford Bakers claiming they have paid for the upgrade to "by 12:00" after I had been required to pay for it myself. Total sham and complete rip off nobody should have to pay twice for deliver from some two-bit rinky dink bakery - if you can't deliver on a specified day you shouldn't be allowed to charge for it. Moral of the story: If you want these for a specific occasion, order from somebody else because these guys are clueless
The low ratings are absolutely true. Cupcakes arrived damaged and flattened. When I contacted customer services, they blamed the courier company and my reception, in attempt to remove all liability from themselves. There were no labels on the box saying that there were cupcakes/perishables inside so how could they expect my reception to know this. Also, the taste of the cupcakes were definitely not worth the price paid. Ate one to try it but I would return the rest if I could. DO NOT waste your money on them!
Well you are just brilliant! What a service. My order was successfully delivered to my daughter in law for her birthday. She was delighted with her cupcakes, and I am completely in awe of this wonderful service you provide. I will be telling everyone I know. Thank you.
