Rare to get such amazing service these days. Samples supplied in enough quantity for me to really see the finish before deciding on a colour. I phoned for a Ton of loose chips they where on my driveway in 25 minutes as the guy was tipping he told about his other products and I found out Ive paying way over the odds for my coal offered me a sample to try if I wanted.
