Hard to get the right help at the right times full stop. But decent help given when an appointment can be got.
this must be the worst doctors in east kilbride have been registered here for over 50yrs and in the last 5 yrs it's gone to hell.can't get an appointment, on the phone for 2 hrs 156 calls still won't answer the bloody phone and when you finally get thru' sorry no appointments left complete shambles
Never EVER get to see the same Dr twice in a row. it's a Lottery and you only get to see a Dr after the Reception has Interrogated you on the phone that's why I avoid The Drs like a dose of Chlymidia
Sitting outside Wishaw General waiting on my daughter who is due next week.. She was told by Murray surgery she would need to pick up prescription there as doctor at Murray surgery would not issue it even though midwife had sent a letter that she was asked to. 36mile round trip... This used to be a great surgery but has went downhill rapidly
Been a patient here for over 20 years , used to be a great surgery but recent years this has slipped , the rules change on a daily basis and trying to get to see a doctor is like winning the lottery , not much luck there
