I sent my laptop to this company via ASUS warranty for a flickering screen (ASUS chose them for me). It took several weeks for them diagnose the problem and I was emailed often suggesting that there would be a delay due to new parts being ordered. When I received the laptop the mousepad was replaced but after a couple of weeks has broken. The original problem of the screen flickering was never fixed. My laptop is now in a worse condition than when I sent it off for repair. I would highly recommend not sending your laptop to these people, even if it's under warranty.
My laptop was unable to start-up and I sent it to them to service. They provided me consistent updates and responded to my queries. Although the repair took abit long as they had to order the parts, my laptop was fixed.

got faulty power supply for my ASUS laptop. send in for repair, was promised 7 business days. now day 11, nobody have contacted me. once called them, they said power supply faulty and need to wait up to 30 days for replacement. HA HA!!! well done!!!! amazon prime next day, but they want to take up to 30 days to replace power supply???? such a shame!!!!
