I went into the Post Office to get a document sent to the DVLA. The post office said they could do it for me internally for free which I was skeptical about but went ahead with it anyway.Three weeks later there was no response from the DVLA. I decided to get in contact with the Post Office and asked them to have a look for it which they were successful in doing. I asked them how often internal mail gets sent out and they said every week although this had now been three weeks and my document was still sitting there in their office.So, if you're planning on sending any important documents and they tell you they can do it internally, take the safe option and just do it yourself.
