Viewed a property with them on a Friday. Put down a deposit to hold the property while we worked out the application process. There was an irregularity with our application so we had some questions we came back to them with. They went silent for 24 hours then got back to us saying they'd let the property to someone else, despite the deposit. We gave them the information to return the deposit and we still have not yet received the deposit back a week on. They lack professionalism during a time period which is highly stressful for most people. There are plenty of other property management companies in the area. I would highly suggest working with one of them.
