We took our rabbit on Saturday morning 8th December to see vet after what looked like he had a seizure. We were told by the vet clinically he was fine and if he had another episode to bring him back. We were in 5 minutes if that. He did have another episode on Sunday night and as a result of it he died. So there won't be any bringing him back. We won't be bringing anymore of our animals either. Absolutely gutted.
Took my bulldog to have his cherry eye treated (extremely common ) less than 24 hours later it popped back out... let the vet know and they said they would do it again then when we went to book him in again they refused to do it free of charge (we had already paid in the region of 500 for the operation they clearly never done properly!!) They were extremely rude on the phone and all they would offer was a free consultation!! There seriously only after your money absolute joke .. No customer service skills whatsoever!

Excellent, staff always so helpful, my dog loves visiting, staff always have time to spend with her and lots of treats. Lots of facilities over and above the vets , has a shop, grooming facilities and training facilities with lots of well organised events
Staff are fantastic, put me and my 15yr old dog Sam completely at ease, no hesitation at recommending .
