I've only visited 3 times. People at the reception desk seem friendly and polite, but repair service could be organised more efficiently. I've found myself few times unnecessarily back and forward, a phone call would have been enough in order not to waste my day.
Had very bad experience at this garage staff was amazing but guys doing mot and service weren't great at all very unprofessional . Took my car for mot and service which was part of the deal but they never cleaned or valeted the car at all inside no vacuumed. I have used arnold clark other garage wish I had gone there they always make sure car is spotless when u leave the garage but this time It was very disappointing wouldnt recommend it at all .
Very good service garage side and John at front reception is very helpful and friendly with great all round knowledge. Female receptionist told me she would call me before 5 I waited until 5.15 and called, was told my car was ready but they shut at 5.30 unable to get there in time which meant that could not taxi on a Friday night resulting in more loss of earnings . Would have been five stars !
