Told a customer an oil leak on a 15 plate Ds 5 is normal on a diesel of that age! Shocking parks motor group should be ashamed of themselves.
Took my car for a service on Saturday. Was told everything was fine, tyres were fine to which I replied I think theres a slow puncture in the passenger rear which I had already booked in elsewhere on Monday for repair before the service was done. Turns out there was 3 punctures across the two rear tyres including a nail in the tyre that couldnt be repaired. Well unless Im mystic meg the punctures were clearly there in the Saturday and wasnt spotted so what else havent they checked properly??*Update* Eventually got a refund of the cost of the tyre. Took a while to sort out due to an incorrect email address but I was happy with the end result.2nd Update.Well I found out what else wadnt checked correctly. My brakes!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO BE SERVICED!!!!

Parts department ordering and delivery service a absolute joke..Ordered a part on 18/05/2018 and still not been delivered.Been told that the part had been ordered,then days later it was in for delivery,,then today 25/05/2018 it was out for delivery..Still not arrived..BOLLOCKS service and should be avoided..You don't get this with Arnold Clark..
Ordered parts and popped in to collect, female parts advisor swearing, slamming down phone, and general bad attitude while serving customers. She is now complaining of staffing issues to me (customer), now she cant find my parts and stomping about in a rage in front of customers. Never have i seen such poor service. What a bad way to conduct yourself front of house. Be calling arnies next time.
