Good friendly helpful staff and a very good workout
Brilliant gym, worth every 5 star!!! After years of changing gyms and trying different exercise classes I joined EKFC and have been a member now for over 2 years. The attention, advice and motivation from the coaches is fantastic and constant. Whether its nutrition, technique or mindset help is always to hand. The atmosphere is very comfortable, friendly and definitely supportive. You get everything you need here to get the results you want and achieve personal goals. #justturnup
Fantastic gym absolutely packed with all the motivation, support, advice and equipment you need to achieve your goals! The coaches are outstanding, the classes change frequently so you dont get bored or filled with dread cos you know whats coming. The time absolutely flys in and before you know it, youre heading out the door to work or home full of happy exercise endorphins and starting to wonder how you can get some extra steps in! #justturnup
This is a good place. I am not an "excercise person" (I'm fat and forty!) and was kindly given the opportunity to go to training sessions here. It's great. The trainers and the other clients are really supportive, nobody judges you. The fact that you are there means you are in the gang and everyone wants you to do well. Don't get me wrong, you will work hard here but (if you can still move) you will leave the sessions walking like a badass cause you know you are a super awesome strong machine!
This is the best gym I have ever been to. Its more than a gym, its a community. The trainers are very welcoming and friendly and push you to your limits. There is no feeling self conscious at this gym!
