Great gym and even better now they have new equipment, friendly staff and never overcrowded. The swimming pool is small but does the job with a steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi, would recommend

I had 2 treatments with Lisa, who was great. she took her time, usually on voucher deals, they like to rush but not here. She made me feel welcome & relaxed and also gave me some advice on how to reduce anxiety. Would highly recommend. Great facilities, roasting hot tub, great steam room & sauna.
Great friendly staff but could you do with towels
Lovely spa treatments, amenable staff, nice facilities. Very easy to find. Parking on site but not that many spaces.We had a voucher for a spa day with 2 treatments and use of the pool etc. You have to take your own towels. Changing rooms were small but nice. From men's changing room to pool you have to walk through a glass sided corridor facing the car park. Sauna and steam room were nice apart from draught under steam room door. Ceiling tiles above pool need replaced. A couple sat in hot tub the whole time and it was small so didnt use it. Pool was a good size.Melissa the beauty therapist was lovely and treatments were nice and relaxing. Great midweek offers
