In The Studio they give you encouragement to believe in yourself to get fit or fitter. It's not too big, the atmosphere is always very welcoming and warm. The equipment is well looked after. The music choice is excellent to help you get lost in your spin bubble. The instructors are very friendly and somehow know everybody's name. Which always amazes me when I'm on my bike spinning away and they go through all who is attending, quite often you find yourself singing along with the music playing. It's is fun to be a member and don't know any other place that makes you feel so welcome.
