Paid our money and got our tickets. Only when we went to the screen,we were informed the heating wasn't working and the screen room was cold. My daughter sat with her coat on and my coat over her legs. Should have been told as we were buying tickets about the heating. With that said, the new screen rooms are brilliant. You have a reclining leather chairs which has a small,but effective,table for your snacks. The sound system is amazing,isense was to loud for my daughter,she covered her ears at one point. Great way to see a film.

Had a mix up with seats but was quickly resolved before film started. Very spacious seats that recline which made film more relaxed and enjoyable.
This is an excellent albeit fairly small cinema. The seats are so comfortable, especially for someone who has a bad back and avoided the cinema for a couple of years. These new recliner seats have transformed the whole experience
Very nice spacious cinema with good screens and sound. Seats are recliner with plenty of space between does and aisles. Doors are all very wide so good for disabled access. Toilets have children and adults sized dryers, bowls and low toilets and I found everything to be very clean and modern looking. Customer service was also good albeit their was a wait and was fairly busy just before performance. Outside parking available which you have to pay for at certain times this is an expected high cost but for the outing and quality this is on or above par against other cinemas.
