Spoke to Stephanie . Have spent the day trying to call Virgin Holiday with hours on the phone . The store could not help me as we have an online booking and whilst I understand that to be the the online manage my booking directed my call to her. She was unwilling to find out why I ended up with her . If I could give a minus value review I would Worst Customer Experience ever!No empathy No listening skills No interest in Virgin Holidays Customers No knowledge of how their system operates Was not interested in our customer experience whatsoever Goodness help anyone booking there Very disappointed and copying this review to management at virgin
