I recently received a standard of service which was less than satisfactory and gave me cause to contact the manager of the Nissan service department where I explained the reason for my grievance.The manager (Graham) was very understanding and promised to look into my complaint. Long story short, I then received great service from the department which more than made up for my disappointment.Credit given where due, the manager (Graham) demonstrated that customer satisfaction really is a priority and I would have no hesitation in returning to Parks Nissan. Thanks again for you assistance
