An absolute gem of a place. We had the most fabulous treat of lunch at Crossbasket Castle yesterday for a special occasion. From start to finish everything was as it should be . In my opinion everything was first class and certainly not expensive Well done and full marks to all your staff they were fabulous . X
Gorgeous castle, beautifully decorated. Our meal was delicious, all of us were very pleased with food and service. Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, made everyone feel right at home. Can't wait to come back again soon. I highly recommend as it is a great experience.
A small luxury hotel of the world, and boy did it live up to its reputation. Went for a 2 day wedding and it was spectacular.Service was sublime and food 5 star prepared by a world renowned chef. Accommodation second to none and only 30mins from Glasgow city centre. A stroll in the grounds with its fast flowing stream tinkering with your senses is an absolute joy.
Very well finished rooms. Restoration was completed with high quality finishes throughout. Well heated Wood fireplaces downstairs Dinner was exceptional.Even the managing director carried our bags up to the room as he happened to be in the foyer as we arrived.
There are not enough words to describe how much we loved our stay here. The hotel is so beautiful! The rooms were so warm, inviting, clean. The bathroom lovely. All the staff was excellent! We had a light dinner and breakfast, both were delicious! Would love to come back one day! Highly recommend it!
